I had a terrific experience with Jo. With my process being entirely virtual as I was moving to LA, I was very worried about someone I can trust. Someone who wouldn't rush me along and put me in something that might not be best for me. Well, the opposite happened. Over the time that I dealt with Jo, my trust in her kept going up and up. She would tell me when I was missing something negative about a property or if I was willing to pay too much. She also was always available, no matter what weird hour of the day I just had to call her and get an answer to a question or a concern. Once I found the place (thanks to her last second showing me the surrounding neighborhood on some videos that I missed), she had a great relationship with the selling broker and the contracting process went smoothly and fast. Joanna was a God-send. We were moving from Texas to Los Angeles with zero to low knowledge of the area and trying to rent a place sight unseen. Normally, this would be hard or impossible to accomplish. Joanna was an absolute delight to work with. Patient, meticulous, and flexible, she listened to our wants and needs but made it her mission to find us not just an acceptable home but a great place for us to live.
